Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Orders at Pure Touch Massage will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours from our warehouse in the United States, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Standard Delivery:

We offer standard ground-based delivery services with delivery times ranging from 3-7 business days after shipment. Our preferred shipping partner is USPS for this delivery method. Other delivery services and options may incur additional fees. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery service while the package is in transit.

Express Delivery:

For those in need of faster shipping, we provide express delivery options, which generally guarantee delivery within 1-3 business days after the shipment is picked up by the carrier. Our express delivery service is available for an additional fee, and options will be presented during the checkout process. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery service while the package is in transit.

Delivery Timeframes:

The delivery times mentioned above are estimates only and apply from the date of dispatch, not the date orders are received. They refer to business days, not calendar days. While we strive to ensure that all deliveries arrive within the estimated time frames, sometimes events occur that are beyond our control.
